- Please book your appointments as far in advance as you can. Please assign ONE person to be the coordinator for your group. This makes everything much less complicated.
- Cosmetique will allow food and approved beverages in the salon the day of the wedding.
- Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of our appointment to allow time to check in. Late arrivals will take away from your treatment time.
- FOR WEDDING UP-DO'S: WASH YOUR HAIR THE NIGHT BEFORE AND WEAR A BUTTON DOWN SHIRT.
- Cancellation Policy: 30 days prior, 80% payment refunded. 14 days prior, 50% payment refunded.
- No refunds thereafter. Also, if additional people are added day of wedding if, on-site, it will be charged to your credit card on account with an additional 20% gratuity added.
- We accept Master Card, American Express and Visa. We do not accept out of state checks. We will also accept money orders.
- Any No-Shows or cancellations to appointments without a 48 hour notice will be charged in full for services booked.
- A 20% gratuity is added to all Bridal Services.
